CIRC - Integrated Scientific Journals Classification has as objective the construction of a classification of scientific of Social and Human Sciences magazines based on their quality by integrating the products of assessment positively considered by the different national evaluation agencies (such as CNEAI or ANECA) .
It is also intended that the model is operational and the resulting classification can be integrated in scientific information systems to facilitate the construction of bibliometric indicators for evaluation and description of the research results of various scientific actors such as universities, departments or researchers.
Therefore Classification Integrated Scientific Journals - CIRC was created to generate a common measurement instrument to be used by the research groups on Spanish bibliometría facilitating comparisons and share information.
